Payment Methods:
We gladly accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards. All prices subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy:
We proudly ship our products nationwide via USPS or UPS. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. 
 
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:
We take pride in our products and hope you love your experience with Wanderlust Scents Studio, but just in case you are unsatisfied for any reason, here are some guidelines to consider before purchasing. 

Our products are made of high-quality ingredients and we take special care in preparing each product. All products are individually hand poured. As with any hand crafted product, slight variances may occur and are a natural part of the “hand made” process. When working with 100% soy wax, frosting and imperfections may occur. This is simply visual and does not impact performance. 

If you have purchased a product that for some reason is not what you expected, please email us at hello@shopwanderlustscents.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.


Shipping Damages:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.  In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, you will need to save the shipping box, packaging material, and product. Please open your package immediately after delivery.  Any damaged product must be brought to our attention within three (3) business days after receipt of delivery to be considered for a product replacement. If we are not notified within three (3) business days, you assume full responsibility for the delivery and all products.  To report a problem, please contact us at hello@shopwanderlustscents.com
